Pubblimarket2 was behind the creative concept and planning of the 10-year anniversary event for Palmanova Outlet Village
On Saturday, 12 May, the Palmanova Outlet Village celebrated ten years in business with an event open to the public that was inspired by the famous tale of “Alice in Wonderland.” The event, which was called “Ten Years of Wonders” transformed the streets of this shopping destination in Friuli into a magical kingdom where—thanks to various themed sets—jugglers performed and entertainers offered adults and children a truly unique shopping experience. Pubblimarket2 came up with the creative concept and took care of the planning for the entire day.
Four different communications agencies competed for the job during an initial selection phase, and Pubblimarket2 won out. “Pubblimarket2’s concept won us over immediately, not just for the creative originality and the concrete format, but, most of all for the great passion and professionalism shown by the operations team, as well as the quality and attention to detail shown during the design and realization phase” says Giada Marangone, marketing manager of the outlet.
Many visitors from Italy as well as nearby Austria, Slovenia and Croatia took part in the wide selection of entertaining events that began at 2 p.m., taking over the main square of the shopping centre in Aiello del Friuli. During the day, the shops boasted record numbers, in terms of both “foot fall” and sales,” comparable to one of the big summer events.
“This project allowed us to put all of our creative and organizational skills into play. From coming up with a concept that was in line with the image and objectives of Palmanova Outlet Village to coordinating the many outside partners” says Giacomo Miranda, CEO of Pubblimarket2.
