Pubblimarket2 provides Marchiol with services and support for the Elettroexpo 2018 trade fair
The Italian company Marchiol, a leader for over 60 years in the supply of electrical equipment for civil and industrial applications in the north-east of Italy, with currently 25 subsidiaries in Europe, 21 of which in Italy, 3 in Slovenia and 1 in Hungary, commissioned the agency Pubblimarket2 to provide its communications for the 19th edition of Elettroexpo. The trade fair, which was started by Marchiol in 1983 and is today considered one of the most important appointments for professionals in the industry, was held in the Pordenone Fiere pavilions this year from 6 to 8 September and registered a record turnout, with over 7,500 visitors arriving in just three days both from Italy and abroad.
Pubblimarket2 took charge of internal and external communications at the trade fair and co-ordinated the setting up of the stand, as well as the development and design of the graphics for the large number of support materials, such as invitations, gadgets, logo and the co-ordinated image for the new Marchiol Tools division. Pubblimarket2 also supervised 4 days of dedicated company photo shoots for use at the trade fair and on the web and social networks.
The entire project was developed around the theme of Travelling for which around a dozen headlines were created using the terms “adventure, departure, destination, luggage”. These invited the user to embark on a journey to discover the offers and products proposed by Marchiol and the 163 exhibitors taking part in the trade fair. With the dual objective of increasing the influx of visitors and stimulating sales over a longer timescale, Pubblimarket2 also contributed, together with Marchiol’s marketing team, to identifying a number of promotion mechanisms applied in the four-month period June to September 2018.
“We were proud to be able to provide a prestigious company such as Marchiol with our consolidated professional experience.” – states Giacomo Miranda, Managing Director of Pubblimarket2, who goes on to say: “This project confirms once again our capacity to successfully interpret the communication requirements of companies operating in highly specialised technical sectors.”
