"Good for Alps" AKU magazine, designed by Pubblimarket2
Pubblimarket2 has designed the first AKU publication dedicated to the conservation of the Alps.
AKU, a brand that has specialised in the design and manufacturing of high-quality mountaineering footwear for over thirty years, has strengthened its partnership with Pubblimarket2, entrusting the Udine agency with the creative design and coordination of its new publication entitled "Good for Alps".
"Good for Alps" conveys AKU's inspiring passion, love and commitment for the future of the Alps and all the world's mountains. It is a collection of stories, good practices and advice to enjoy the mountains in a modern way, with respect and awareness. Following a clearly defined logic, Good for the Alps commences by presenting AKU's inspiration and world: the Alps, the mountains and the people who live and work there. In the following pages this passion is expressed in "mountain stories", tales about the Alps and their world, and "good practices", describing the projects and partnerships undertaken by AKU to enjoy and protect the mountain environment.The creative offering of this instrument also comprises a section proposing one of the most enchanting itineraries in the Alps and ends with a complete overview of the spring/summer 2012 collection divided into categories.
During the design and creative development of this instrument, aimed at the end user, Pubblimarket2 strived to convey a key concept, which reflects AKU's mission to create specialist technical products dedicated to those who experience the mountains in an authentic manner, presenting the values that distinguish the company, based on an old manufacturing tradition.
Good for Alps, written in 4 languages, has been distributed through the main sales outlets of AKU footwear, in Italy and abroad, and in July it was published as a special supplement to Outdoor Magazine, one of the most authoritative periodicals in the outdoor sector.
